At eligio, Belgium’s market leader in outsourced reception and office services, our 400 employees are committed each day to providing outstanding service to our clients — medium to large companies from various sectors across Belgium.

For our client in Brussels, a renowned law firm located near the Palace of Justice and the European Quarter, we are looking for a new colleague to manage the reception in a professional and welcoming manner.

Your responsibilities will include (among others):

first contact for general office queries and coordinating meeting room requests (U-shape versus L-shape)
resolving office-related issues, assist in setup and organization of internal meetings and events
handle post, couriers, and deliveries (sometimes heavy loads)
oversee office supplies including ordering, inventory management
support onboarding processes for new joiners
including workspace setup and coordination with IT.

Working schedule: Monday tot Thursday 8.30am – 530pm incl 1h pause and Friday 8.30am – 3.30pm = 38h/week.

Our client’s office is easily accessible via metro (Louise – lines 2/6), tram (lines 93, 97 via Defacqz or Place Stéphanie), and several bus lines.

We are looking for a new colleague who meets the following criteria:

Skills & Competencies:

Languages: Excellent command of English, good knowledge of French and Dutch
Flexibility: Able to multitask and switch easily between tasks
Customer orientation: Always delivering service with a smile and a welcoming attitude
Organisational skills:
- Able to manage and follow up on tasks independently and efficiently
- Able to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Communication: Strong language and interpersonal skills with a professional and client-friendly approach
Team player: Collaborates smoothly with colleagues and various departments
IT skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
