Your Challenge

As a Customer Care Representative, you will make a difference every day for both our customers and our network of professionals. You will assist them with questions and requests, proactively think along to find solutions, and ensure that every case is handled smoothly and professionally.

Thanks to your commitment and service-oriented mindset, customers feel heard and supported, while professionals can rely on efficient and dependable assistance. You will play a key role within Jaimy, contributing to a service that combines speed, quality, and customer focus.

Your Responsibilities

Customer support and guidance

Handle incoming and outgoing customer contacts via phone, email, and chat.
Listen carefully to customer needs and provide personalized, professional support.
Contribute to an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint.

Request assessment and follow-Up

Understand customers’ needs and connect them with the most suitable professional from our network.
Follow up on cases closely and ensure every request receives the attention it deserves.
Monitor project progress and keep all stakeholders informed.

Problem solving and customer satisfaction

Handle questions, feedback, and complaints with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.
Proactively seek the best solutions for both customers and professionals.
Contribute to high customer satisfaction and service quality.

Administration and data quality

Accurately record customer information and communications in our systems.
Ensure files and records remain complete, accurate, and up to date.
Maintain high-quality data so colleagues always have access to reliable information.

Collaboration and continuous improvement

Work closely with colleagues in Customer Care, Operations, and our professional network.
Contribute ideas to improve processes and service delivery.
Play an active role in supporting Jaimy’s continued growth.

Who are we looking for?

You enjoy helping people and are energized by finding solutions. You communicate clearly, remain calm under pressure, and excel at building positive relationships.

In addition, you recognize yourself in the following:

A strong customer-focused mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in Dutch and French; knowledge of English is an asset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Quick to learn new systems and tools.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and willing to take initiative.
Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
Interest in the construction, renovation, or maintenance sector is an advantage.
