Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a People Analytics Lead who is strategic, insightful, and collaborative to join us in our Human Resources team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium.
About the role
You will define and drive the Global People Analytics Strategy, ensuring workforce data and insights support better business and talent decisions. You will translate business questions into high-value analytics initiatives and shape how data is used responsibly and effectively across the organization. Working across teams, you will enable data-driven decision-making while ensuring compliance with privacy and ethical standards.
Who you’ll work with
You will be working in a team that collaborates closely with Talent Leaders, Business Leaders, Data Specialists, and Technology Partners globally. Together, you will build strong partnerships to ensure people insights are trusted, actionable, and widely adopted in decision-making.
What you’ll do
- Define and lead the global people analytics strategy aligned with business and workforce priorities
- Define how to make HR processes and teams more data-driven
- Translate complex business challenges into clear analytics use cases and actionable insights
- Establish standards, governance, and ethical guidelines for using workforce data responsibly
- Partner with senior stakeholders to embed analytics into talent, workforce, and organizational decisions
- Shape the people data foundation to enable advanced analytics, including predictive insights
- Drive adoption and demonstrate the value of analytics through clear communication and stakeholder engagement

For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills:
- Master’s degree and extensive experience in people analytics, workforce analytics, or related leadership roles
- Proven ability to define analytics strategies and influence decision-making in complex, global organizations
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and storytelling skills for senior audiences
- Deep understanding of workforce data, analytics methodologies, and responsible data use
- Ability to translate complex problems into structured analytical approaches and insights
- Experience working across teams and cultures in a global, matrix-style environment
