The Role
We are looking for a motivated Quality Coordinator to join our quality team. In this role, you will be the link between our quality system, our production floor, and our customers — managing complaint documentation, communicating resolutions to customers, and carrying out internal audits and quality inspections. You will also support the Operations Manager with reporting and data collection.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their quality career, or for a recent graduate who wants to build hands-on experience in automotive quality management. You do not need to be a seasoned quality professional — full on-site training is provided, including the automotive core tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Internal audits — Plan and conduct internal audits in line with our IATF 16949 quality management system
- Quality inspections — Perform random quality inspections on the production floor and report findings
- Operations support — Support the Operations Manager with the preparation of reports and the collection and organization of production and performance data
- Complaint investigation — Maintain and update customer complaint reports and supporting documentation from receipt through closure
- Customer communication — Communicate complaint resolutions and corrective actions to customers in a clear, professional, and timely manner
- Continuous improvement — Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality and operations teams
What We Are Looking For
- A hands-on attitude: comfortable moving between office work and the production floor
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical way of working
- Good communication skills — you are comfortable reports and presenting findings internally
- Experience in a technical, industrial, or business-related field — recent graduates are welcome to apply
- Confident with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for reporting and data collection
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English; additional languages (French, German) are an asset
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with quality inspections, complaint handling, or quality reporting
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality management systems
- Awareness of automotive core tools (8D, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC) — we provide full on-site training in these
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
