RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning F&B Crew: You are responsible for creating and managing the schedule of our Food & Beverage crew, ensuring all shifts run smoothly.
Communication F&B Crew: You manage the F&B team mailbox, answer phone inquiries, and handle briefings and general mailings to the F&B crew to ensure everyone is well informed and engaged.
Organization of screening days: You assist in organizing screening days for our staff.
Festival period – managing the F&B crew: You play an essential role in coordinating bar operations and guiding the F&B crew to ensure that both The People of Tomorrow and the crew have the best possible experience.
You carry out operational tasks during the Summer Festival and Winter.
MUST-HAVES
You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree and are looking for an internship of at least 12 weeks.
You can communicate information clearly and are confident in communicating openly to ensure smooth teamwork.
The event industry is not a 9-to-5 job; you are willing to work in a dynamic and sometimes hectic environment.
During busy moments or unexpected situations, you remain calm and proactively look for sustainable solutions.
You have strong organizational skills and an eye for detail. We strive to continue innovating and delivering the best experience year after year.
You are passionate about working with people, empathetic, and hospitality-minded.
You have a driver's license to travel independently.
Finally, you are enthusiastic about taking on challenges and fully committed!
