You'll be part of our Talent team with specialists in Recruitment, Training & Development and Communication, jointly owning recruitment projects that secure the talent our business needs to grow.
- You take end-to-end ownership of the recruitment journey , acting as a true business partner to line management and HR stakeholders across our divisions.
- You lead the (international) recruitment and selection process across a wide variety of functional domains: Operations, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IT, Supply Chain, and more. You partner closely with the business to deeply understand their needs and expectations, and you coordinate every step of the hiring journey (from intakes to interviews, offer conversations and comp & ben). You make sure excellent candidate experience is guaranteed.
- You act as a true Talent Partner to our internal stakeholders, such as HR Managers and HR Business Partners across Unilin’s 5 divisions, co-creating the recruitment strategy for your scope.
- You identify and nurture relationships with agencies , building lasting partnerships that keep Unilin top of mind.
- Beyond recruitment, you stay on top of market trends and emerging best practices, contribute to and get involved in related themes such as internal mobility and learning & development. #LI-MD1
- You have a genuine passion for Human Capital, hold a master’s degree and bring around 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Recruitment & Selection.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong sense of ownership, and the perseverance to see things through. You're mature, curious, and eager to learn across every domain you touch.
- You're a motivated, dynamic, and energetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
- You bring an innovative and out-of-the-box mindset, always looking for smarter, more creative ways to attract and engage talent.
- You're digitally savvy, quick to pick up new tools and systems, and comfortable navigating a modern, tech-enabled recruitment landscape.
