About the internship
We are looking for a proactive and curious Brand Operations Intern to join our team in Brussels.
This internship offers hands-on experience supporting both Marketing and Merchandising Operations, with a strong focus on campaign execution, product launch readiness, stakeholder coordination, and process management. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in ensuring marketing assets, product information and operational deliverables are ready on time for launch activities.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects, gain exposure to multiple business functions and develop valuable operational and project management skills within a global consumer brand
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Operations Support

Support campaign and product launch execution through tracking and coordination activities.

Manage and maintain key operational trackers and reporting tools.

Coordinate marketing asset readiness and monitor deadlines to ensure successful launches.

Support stakeholder follow-up across multiple teams to collect and validate required information.
Merchandising Operations Support

Assist with product and merchandising data maintenance.

Support system updates and database accuracy.

Help create and maintain sell-in tools and operational reports.

Support Product Detail Page (PDP) shooting coordination and sample management activities.
Process Ownership

Take ownership of specific operational processes and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

Proactively identify issues, follow up with stakeholders and help drive solutions.

Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising and other cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

Assist with newsletter creation, presentations and communication materials.

Support key milestone meetings, calendar management and meeting preparation.
About You

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial Economics, Management, Operations or a related field.

Interested in Marketing Operations, Brand Management, Commercial Operations, or Project Coordination.

Comfortable working with Excel and data, with basic knowledge of functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.

Curious and eager to understand how operational processes contribute to successful marketing campaigns and product launches.

Proactive, resourceful and comfortable taking ownership of tasks and projects.

Solution-oriented, with the confidence to follow up with stakeholders and drive actions forward.

Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across different teams.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Fluent in English.

This is a hybrid position based in our Brussels office. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.
