As a Lead Performance Analyst at CLICKTRUST, you operate as a senior performance operator inside one of the teams (consisting of a CSD and several analysts) with a dual mission:
- Execute and optimize performance across channels and measurement systems to achieve client KPIs
- Elevate delivery quality by driving standards, QA, and capability uplift within your team.
You combine senior execution with responsibilities in QA, process adoption, and cross-team expertise development in our knowledge tracks. You act as an operational multiplier between strategy and execution.
