We are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-oriented Training Solution Advisor to join our international team and help clients find the learning solutions that truly fit their ambitions.

Your role
You will act as a trusted advisor for professionals, SMEs, and private clients looking for high-value language and intercultural training solutions. (Btb, Btc)
From the very first conversation to the closure of the final propoal, you will guide clients through a consultative and personalized experience.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Qualifying inbound leads and identifying client needs
- Advising tailored learning solutions based on objectives, context, and budget
- Managing and growing your sales pipeline proactively
- Building long-term relationships with prospects and clients
- Collaborating with Marketing and Pedagogicy teams to improve the customer journey
- Contributing directly to CERAN Institute’s commercial growth
What we’re looking for
- A strong interest in consultative sales and customer advisory
- Experience in business development, learning solutions, customer success, or B2B services
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and results-driven mindset
- The ability to manage multiple opportunities with structure and autonomy
- Professional fluency in French, English, and Dutch (German is a plus)
- CRM affinity and digital ease
