Within our Industrial Data Solutions (IDS) division, we are looking for a Technical Documentation Specialist to help create outstanding customer-facing documentation and learning materials for our industrial connectivity and automation solutions.
As Technical Documentation Specialist, you will play a key role in transforming complex technical information into clear, accessible and engaging content. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Technical Services teams while gaining hands-on experience with our products and technologies.
Your role
You will develop, maintain and improve technical information that helps customers successfully install, configure and use our products. Beyond traditional documentation, you will contribute to innovative support content such as videos, onboarding guides, interactive demonstrations and e-learning materials.
Your responsibilities
- Create, update and publish customer-facing technical documentation, including installation guides, user manuals, configuration guides, technical notes and knowledge base articles.

Produce supporting content such as screenshots, videos, interactive product demonstrations and onboarding materials.

Work closely with Product Management, Engineering and Technical Services teams to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.

Validate technical information through hands-on product setup, testing and simulation.

Manage documentation in our content management platform and generate web and PDF deliverables.

Support new product launches and product updates by delivering documentation on time.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation standards, processes and user experience.

Take initiative in developing new ways to share knowledge with customers through creative and engaging formats.
Your profile
Hard skills

Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, IT, Automation, Electromechanics or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience in technical writing, technical documentation or a similar role is an asset. We are also open to junior candidates with a solid technical background in areas such as automation, electromechanics or industrial technologies, combined with a creative mindset and a genuine interest in developing engaging technical content.

Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and structured way.

Interest in industrial automation, connectivity technologies and hands-on product testing.

Familiarity with documentation tools and Microsoft Office. Experience with Paligo is a plus.

Experience or interest in multimedia content creation, video production, e-learning or AI-powered content tools is considered an advantage.
