RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Enterprise Architect at Tomorrowland, you play a key role in designing and improving how our organization works internally, across teams, tools, and processes.
You are responsible for:
Defining and further developing our enterprise operating model, aligning teams, processes, and tools
Driving project and process excellence, ensuring initiatives are structured, scalable, and impactful
Managing our internal tool landscape end-to-end: from evaluating current usage to selecting and implementing the right software per team, and ensuring effective adoption
Establishing and refining ways of working, balancing clarity and flexibility in a fast-changing environment
Introducing and safeguarding lightweight governance frameworks that enable autonomy without chaos
Acting as a bridge between business, product, and technology, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration
Identifying inefficiencies and continuously improving internal processes and workflows by guiding change from idea to implementation
Supporting teams in structuring complex initiatives, from idea to execution
Exploring and implementing opportunities where AI can enhance internal processes, automation, and decision-making
MUST-HAVES:
You have experience shaping how organizations operate, not just what they build.
You have worked in environments where multiple teams, tools, and priorities come together, and you know how to create clarity, alignment, and progress.
You are comfortable with:
Designing and improving processes, governance, and ways of working
Supporting or leading cross-functional projects and transformations
Aligning stakeholders across different domains and levels
Working within modern tech ecosystems (knowledge of cloud is a plus, not a focus)
Understanding how AI can pragmatically improve internal efficiency and workflows
