An exciting opportunity for an experienced personal assistant to support the managing partner of our Brussels office: full-time position, CDD contract with the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract depending on circumstances.

Position:

Your tasks will include the following:

General secretarial and administrative support (business and personal affairs)
Diary management
Correspondence handling (inc. drafting of correspondence in English)
Travel and meeting arrangements
Liaison with clients and colleagues throughout the firm

Requirements:

The ideal candidate:

Experience supporting or ability to support senior management

Excellent organisational and time management skills: ability to multi-task with efficiency and accuracy under high pressure
Superb interpersonal skills: ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships
Excellent command of English and Italian; knowledge of French and Dutch a plus
Positive, ‘can do’ attitude
Proactive, flexible approach
