You are the engine of our growth. As an SDR, you are the first point of contact between Monizze and potential clients. No scripts, no checklists: just real conversations with HR managers, finance directors and business owners.

You listen and qualify: what does this company need? Is Monizze the right fit?
- You schedule meetings for our Account Executives and ensure a smooth, warn handover

You work smart: you keep your CRM up to date and learn every week from your own data
- You think along with Marketing and Sales on outreach, messaging and campaigns
You don’t need to be a seasoned sales professional. But you do have:

- Bilingualism NL/FR: a must have, as you operate in the Belgian market
