This role is built around new business development. You'll own the full sales cycle for CM.com's Engage proposition in the Belgian market. HALO, our Agentic AI, combined with our Customer Data Platform, Marketing platform, and Customer Service platform, turns fragmented customer journeys into something businesses are genuinely proud of. Your job is to find the companies that need that, and show them why CM.com is the answer.
Once you close a deal, you stay involved. Because nobody knows the client better than the person who won them.

Take ownership of your new business pipeline, end to end. From prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close, you run the process. You also manage the accounts you bring in, because continuity and context matter.

Work closely with prospects and clients across Belgian industries such as E-Commerce, Retail, Finance, Logistics, and Media, engaging stakeholders up to C-level. Internally, you'll collaborate with presales, product, and your Account Manager colleague in Mechelen.

Represent CM.com where it counts. You'll give keynotes at events, lead client presentations, and deliver compelling demos of the Engage platform, making complex technology feel like an obvious choice.

Improve processes using AI, automation, and smart tooling. You'll use tools like Claude Cowork to work smarter and bring that same mindset into client conversations.

Make decisions fast, test ideas, and learn from what doesn't work. The Belgian market is an opportunity in motion and you'll help define how we approach it.

Use AI tools actively to improve your own work: experiment, automate, and share what works with your team.

You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field.

You have a genuine love for new business sales — from first call to signed contract.

You have a track record of managing full sales cycles in B2B environments, ideally involving multi-stakeholder deals.

Experience in SaaS, tech, or AI is a strong plus.

Strong communicator and presenter — you're comfortable in the room and on a video call.

Fully fluent in Dutch and English. French is a big plus.

Genuinely curious about AI — you experiment with tools like ChatGPT or Copilot and you're open to working differently as they improve.
