CONTEXT
Our client is an international consulting, software engineering and training organization with Dutch roots, with a strong focus on AI, cloud, data, software engineering, DevOps and digital transformation.
The Belgian proposition is built around five pillars: application modernization, Azure cloud and cloud migration, data and Microsoft Fabric, DevOps and modern engineering platforms, and AI / Copilot enablement. Application modernization is currently the leading commercial pillar.
Our client is looking for a Sales Director Belgium to build a scalable local go-to-market, sharpen the commercial positioning and grow the Belgian practice into a more visible and commercially mature organization within the international group.

- Consultative enterprise seller, comfortable engaging CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs and business stakeholders on business impact
- Technically credible in AI, cloud, data, Microsoft and modern software delivery, able to hold a first conversation without relying on presales
- Strong local network in the Belgian enterprise and mid-market
- Experience translating broad capabilities into sharp, winnable propositions (e.g. AI adoption, cloud/data modernization, application modernization)
- Coaching mindset, able to install sales rhythm, qualification discipline, account planning and deal reviews
- Entrepreneurial and autonomous, comfortable operating in a flat, expertise-driven culture
