Cosmex International, an internationally active company, is looking for a Commercial Support & ERP Administrator to strengthen its team based in Tubize.
We are looking for a rigorous, organized, and proactive person to take on a 100% administrative role supporting our international team. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with initial experience in an administrative role.
A strong command of English is essential, as you will work in direct support of the international team.
Responsibilities :
As a Commercial Support & ERP Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Updating laboratory order forms
Maintaining ERP data, including product information, price updates, commercial offers, and document management
Tracking and updating price history records
Processing and uploading customer orders into the ERP system
Preparing commercial offers using existing templates developed by the commercial team
Updating and organizing files on the shared drive
Uploading products, including images and related product information
Maintaining and updating the client database, including warehouse details, contact persons, and other relevant information
Preparing and updating weekly stock offers for customer distribution
Processing and verifying Belgian and international orders
This includes:
Splitting orders across different clients when required
Checking EAN codes, quantities, and order accuracy
Ensuring correct order allocation and related documentation
Profile :
You are a recent graduate or have initial experience in an administrative role
You are comfortable with administrative tasks and data management
You are rigorous, structured, and highly organized
You can work independently while collaborating effectively with an international team
You have a good command of IT tools (Excel, ERP systems, or management software)
You are fluent in French and have an excellent level of English (mandatory)
Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
