This is your mission
Are you passionate about leading strategic IT projects in complex business environments? Then this position is for you.
As a Senior IT Project Leader, you will drive large-scale application projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure successful delivery from initiation to production.
Build side:
Lead end-to-end application projects from initiation to delivery.
Define project governance, roadmap, planning and communication strategy.
Challenge business requirements and align scope with business value.
Coordinate architects, analysts, development and testing teams.
Manage project budget, workload, milestones and external dependencies.
Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring delivery quality.
Run side:
Monitor project progress, quality, scope, budget and timelines.
Report regularly to senior management and business stakeholders.
Coordinate project execution across multiple technical teams.
Ensure smooth transition towards production and operational teams.
Drive continuous communication and stakeholder engagement.
Foster collaboration, ownership and performance within project teams.
This is your background
You have at least 10 years of experience managing large IT application projects in complex enterprise environments. You enjoy coordinating multidisciplinary teams, solving complex challenges and delivering business value while maintaining high quality standards.
