As Supply Chain Assistant within IMEC DSRD, you support the day-to-day operational and logistical activities of the ASIC (application specific integrated circuit) supply chain and NPI teams. Your responsibilities include shipment coordination, PO and delivery follow-up, ERP and tracker updates, documentation handling, and support of warehouse and logistics activities with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams such as NPI and Europractice.
You are responsible for:
- Supporting purchase order creation and follow-up
- Tracking deliveries, shipments, and inventory status
- Updating ERP systems, databases, and trackers
- Following up with suppliers and logistics partners
- Preparing reports and KPIs
- Supporting planning and scheduling activities
- Coordinating with internal teams ( NPI, Europractice, shipping, warehouse teams)
- Organizing and managing shipments in the warehouse
- Preparing shipment documentation and coordinating with logistics partners
- Supporting shipment follow-up across the supply chain flow

You have a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain and/or master’s degree, preferably with 1 to 3 years of relevant supply chain experience. You are excellent in planning and you work with high accuracy in a pro-active and very customer-focused way. You like to take initiatives and are very motivated to work in a team of engineers and supply chain administrators. A good knowledge of English is indispensable.
