Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst.
Responsibilities:

Analyse the structure, content and operational characteristics of the existing client prototypes

Identify categories of information suitable for future re-use (e.g. metadata, standards, governance, documentation, reference material)

Assess interoperability and consistency aspects across data, processes and components
-
Explore potential approaches, dependencies and technical constraints, ensuring a independent of specific technologies perspective
-
Define core information elements that can be transferred, referenced or synchronised
-
Provide recommendations on metadata management and high-level governance principles
-
Establish a knowledge management and documentation approach to support reuse and sustainability
-
Assess training needs and onboarding considerations for future users and stakeholders
-
Deliver analytical and advisory reports, including architecture recommendations, eInvoicing landscape analysis, monitoring of interoperability and trends, and ad hoc technical briefings

Other tasks as assigned from supervisor

Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements

At least 3 years of higher education studies, attested by a relevant diploma (university degree or equivalent)

Minimum of 5 years of post-secondary professional experience

Perfect command of English and French

Proven experience in analysing complex systems, including structure, content and operational characteristics of data platforms or prototypes

Strong understanding of metadata management, data standards, governance frameworks and information architecture
-
Experience in assessing interoperability, data consistency and integration approaches across systems
-
Demonstrated ability to define approaches for data transfer, reuse and synchronisation, considering dependencies and technical constraints.

Knowledge of large-scale sector IT systems related to market operations and digital services, as well as familiarity with widely adopted eInvoicing models and frameworks
-
Strong understanding of eInvoicing policies, standards, and ongoing technical developments at both regional and global levels
-
Significant experience in preparing and reporting on technical aspects within international or multi-stakeholder negotiation contexts
-
CBAP or equivalent certifications will be considered an asset.
