We are seeking a senior Lead Architect for Cross-Border BU to lead strategic architecture initiatives across Bnode’s International Cross-Border business. This role will focus on assessing and shaping the technology landscape for cross-border, and designing a modern data platform and digital services ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in enterprise architecture, transport systems, data platforms, and microservices-based product organizations, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and future-proof technical solutions while inspiring teams and stakeholders around a clear architectural vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture Leadership

Assess and document the current technology landscape for cross-border logistics and transport platforms.

Define scalable, secure, and modular reference architectures for logistics, transport, and digital services.

Lead the design of a modern data platform architecture (lakehouse, data mesh) and define key data products.

Support the definition of architecture for ecommerce integrations and API digital services
Platform Development & Guidance

Create and review technical designs for coherence, scalability, and resilience across domains.

Guide the adoption of microservices and product-centric architecture models.

Provide architectural support for event-driven architecture (EDA) initiatives, including Kafka-based event streaming and schema governance.
Collaboration & Governance

Work closely with product owners, developers, and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical architectures.

Collaborate with suppliers and remote teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and delivery.

Contribute to architecture governance and quality enablement across teams.
