You are the vital link between our clients' business needs and our technical development teams! Based in our vibrant Brussels agency, your mission is to design and structure functional solutions for innovative open-source projects. On a daily basis, you will:
Analyze and formalize client requirements to translate them into clear, actionable functional specifications.
Design the functional architecture and map user journeys to ensure an optimal and intuitive user experience.
Write comprehensive User Stories and actively maintain the product backlog alongside the project stakeholders.
Guide the technical teams (developers, tech leads, architects) during sprints to guarantee the feasibility and alignment of the developed solutions.
Coordinate and execute functional testing strategies (UAT) to ensure the highest quality standards for all deliverables.
Facilitate dynamic workshops and meetings with our clients to continuously validate the project vision and functional scope.
Holding a Master's degree in IT, engineering, or business, you have at least 4 years of proven experience as a Functional Analyst in the digital sector or IT consulting.
You have a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and are highly proficient with tools like Jira and Confluence.
You possess a strong affinity for the web and open-source ecosystem, easily navigating complex digital environments (e-commerce platforms, corporate portals, bespoke applications).
Known for your excellent communication skills, you know how to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders (fluency in English and French/Dutch is a major plus in Brussels).
Your analytical mindset, rigorous approach, and collaborative spirit make you a trusted partner capable of challenging and refining requirements.
