As an Account Manager at CM.com, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients in the Belgian market. Your focus is on building lasting relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring clients get maximum value from the CM.com platform.
Our story began with SMS, and it still represents our largest global footprint. But the market is moving fast, away from SMS-only communication towards richer, more interactive, multi-channel conversations. Every year, billions of messages travel through our systems, from Randstad and Touring Wegenhulp, to email gateways powering global marketing campaigns, and telecom services behind solutions like BMW ConnectedDrive.
Channels alone are only half the story. The real differentiator is what happens on top of them. HALO, our Agentic AI, connects to a Customer Data Platform that knows who your customer is, a Marketing platform that acts on it, and a Customer Service platform that never loses the thread. When all of that works together, businesses stop reacting and start anticipating. That's the story you'll be bringing to life with your clients.
This is a consultative, relationship-driven role where you balance commercial ownership with genuine client support.

Take ownership of a portfolio of existing Belgian clients and grow it. You'll identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, deepen stakeholder relationships up to C-level, and make sure clients are getting real value from what they've already invested in.

Work closely with clients across diverse industries. You'll support and develop accounts in sectors like E-Commerce, Tech & Media, Logistics, Finance, Telco, Utilities, and Government, helping them adopt new channels and platform capabilities to stay ahead.

Serve as a trusted advisor. You'll combine commercial drive with a support mindset: proactively flagging opportunities, resolving challenges, and connecting clients to the right people and solutions within CM.com.

Improve processes using AI, automation, and smart tooling. You'll identify opportunities to deepen platform adoption, including conversational messaging and Agentic AI, and use tools like Claude Cowork to work smarter yourself.

Help shape how this role will look a year from now. This is a dynamic role with room to contribute to how we build out our Belgian client base and commercial approach.

Use AI tools actively to improve your own work: experiment, automate, and share what works with your team.

You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field.

You have roughly 3 to 4 years of relevant commercial or account management experience, with a track record of managing or growing B2B accounts.

You have a genuine interest in building long-term client relationships — with a commercial edge.

Strong communicator and presenter, with a practical, client-first mindset.

Experience in CPaaS, SaaS, tech, or AI is a strong plus.

Fully fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

Genuinely curious about AI — you experiment with tools like ChatGPT or Copilot and you're open to working differently as they improve.
