A Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent "battle-tested" experience).

7+ Years of Engineering Excellence: A proven track record of building large-scale, customer-facing SaaS applications in fast-paced environments (Deep-Tech, Fintech, or High-Growth Startups).

Full-Stack Sovereignty: Deep proficiency in modern languages (Python, Go, C#, or Java) and a methodical approach to complex data systems.
