Our Client is looking for a Business project coordinator .
- People management & steering of Business Analysts : follow-up ; resources mgmt. and anticipation
- Develop comprehensive business delivery plan outlining timelines, resources and deliverables
- Support the Business Analysts and facilitate the communication between the Program Management and the business team
- Orchestrate and coordinate business delivery in multiple Squads
- Support the different Lead Business Analysts which are assigned to every Squad
- Orchestrates multiple backlogs across the domain; ensures each squad’s backlog fits the domain roadmap and avoids duplication or inconsistencies.
- Manage relation with other development teams where relevant + prepare for handover to BAU post golive
- Accountable for E2E consistency / exhaustivity for the E2E processes & functional design across all KTB epics & Providers, towards a given phase
- Escalation resolution & deepdives on critical functional issues
- "Represent the functional stream (consistency – escalation & issue resolution) towards - Operations (review & validation + preparation for onboarding) - Testing, Data migration & Development + bug fixing teams"
- Functional coordination & escalation management with provider
You have the following skills
Hard skills
- Bachelor degree in Economics/Finance or IT
- Proven experience of Project Manager role for large projects
- Knowledge of Retail Banking processes and business
- Proven experience in Core Banking implementation is a plus

You have at least 5 years of professional experiences in IT
If you are at least fluent in FR/ENG or NL/ENG it’s best
