Headit is looking for a french speaking Business Development Representative for an international organization that is a market leader in professional legal and tax software solutions.
Through these digital tools, they support knowledge professionals such as lawyers, accountants, and corporate legal counsels in making their daily work easier and more efficient.

Hybrid working (up to 3 remote working days per week) and flexible working hours are standard within the company.
Your role as a Business Development Representative
As a Business Development Representative, you play a key role in proactively identifying and approaching prospects, as well as scheduling meetings and calls for the sales teams. In close collaboration with sales and marketing, you will be responsible for contacting prospects and existing clients via phone, email, and social media. In doing so, you actively contribute to pipeline growth and support the commercial teams in achieving their objectives.
- Reaching out proactively to potential clients through various outbound channels such as phone, email, and LinkedIn;
- Building initial relationships with prospects and creating interest in the company’s legal and tax software solutions;
- Assessing and qualifying leads to identify business opportunities and ensure a strong fit with the company’s services;
- Coordinating and preparing meetings for the sales team, ensuring they receive all relevant insights and prospect information beforehand;
- Maintaining accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activity within the CRM system;
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to monitor results, share market feedback, and improve outreach effectiveness;
- Taking an active role in optimizing prospecting workflows, lead generation initiatives, and appointment-setting processes.
Your profile
- Proven experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar role with a strong outbound/commercial focus;
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written;
- Experience working with CRM systems;
- Strong and persuasive communication skills, especially over the phone;
- Proactive, independent, and results-driven mindset;
- A team player who collaborates easily with different internal teams.
