Mission:
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for developing & managing commercial relationships with both direct and indirect clients. This role involves crafting, presenting, and implementing tailored strategies for dedicated national accounts, in alignment with the Sales Director, to achieve revenue and budget targets across the assigned client portfolio. This role also implies the acquisition of new clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieve commercial objectives within the company’s budgetary and strategic guidelines, proposing adjustments when necessary.
- Establish and nurture relationships with contractors, architects, engineering firms, and end customers to promote and prescribe FICHET solutions. (SD&P, Safe & Vaults, Electronic Security) with a focus on Electronic Security.
- Ensure consistent and effective account management by:
- o Building strong connections with key decision-makers.
- o Monitoring and analyzing planned actions and outcomes.
- o Maintaining up-to-date client records (revenue, volume, investments, etc.).
- o Anticipating market and client developments.
- o Managing account budgets efficiently.
- Communicate critical information across departments:
- o Share relevant national initiatives and projects with the Sales Team.
- o Report on assigned responsibilities to the Sales Director.
- o Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, after-sales, etc.).
- Contribute to budget planning and forecasting, supporting financial evaluations and projections.
- Promote internal communication and company values, fostering a collaborative and value- driven work environment.
- Coordinate with fellow Account Managers to ensure seamless integration across technologies and solutions.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of the security market.
- Experience with physical security solutions is a plus.
- Background in B2B or indirect sales environments.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
- Must be able to provide a clean criminal record.
- Possession of a certificate of competence for conception (Tobback law) is an asset.
- Willing to participate in the investigation conducted by the National Security Council in order to obtain the required security clearance
- 5-10 years of experience preferred
- Full professional knowledge of Dutch and French

Pay: €2.628,69 - €7.012,15 per month
