As a PAS Level 2 you will provide operational support and for the PAS infrastructure, handling incidents and processing service request. This role focuses on supporting and coaching PAS Level 1 support, delivering engineering-level input into operational improvements, and maintaining up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and clarity in daily operations. You will need to deliver proactive and structured support aligned with ITIL processes, focusing on service improvement.
Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- IaaS, DMZ, SSI – beginner;
- PAS – intermediate;
- Microsoft SharePoint basics – intermediate;
- VMWare basics – intermediate;
- Knowledge of Database management (SQL server, Oracle, MySQL) – beginner;
- Knowledge on web hosting (IIS & Apache) – intermediate;
- Installation and initial configuration of SharePoint components. – intermediate;
- Create and manage site collections. – intermediate;
- User access and authorization management (role assignment, SharePoint group management) – intermediate;
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. – intermediate;
- Monitoring of system alerts and resolution of minor incidents. – intermediate;
- Monitoring of application (Web hosting & database) usage and storage space. – intermediate;
- Implementation of security and compliance policies (Security patch updates) – intermediate;
- Able to follow technical procedures – intermediate;
- Fluent English;
- ITIL V4 foundation.

- Event Management – beginner;
- Incident Management – intermediate;

Duties/role:
- Handling incidents and processing service requests;
- Performing corrective maintenance and monitoring performance;
- Deploying/activating change packages submitted by L3;
- Triggering and managing L1;
- Creating and managing site collections (web portals);
- Deploying SharePoint applications;
- Managing updates and patches;
- Administering key services such as Managed Metadata, User Profiles, and Search Services;
- Tuning databases and performance;
- Checking the health of SharePoint farms.
