As a Back Office Officer, you play a pivotal role at the heart of Luminus’ Optimisation department, ensuring the accuracy, control and smooth execution of financial and operational activities across power and gas markets. You take ownership of complex invoicing, settlement and reporting processes while contributing to data quality, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do

You validate and control incoming invoices for Nuclear, Power and Gas activities, ensuring accuracy of volumes, prices and contract terms.

You execute and support trading settlement processes, managing end-to-end cycles, resolving discrepancies and ensuring business continuity.

You oversee Green Certificates administration, monitoring stocks, executing transactions and aligning regulator, internal and SAP data.

You contribute to financial monitoring, including cash flow forecasting, bank guarantee follow-ups and payment tracking.

You prepare internal and regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with market rules and supporting financial closing activities.

You improve data quality and processes by reconciling multiple sources, supporting projects and driving automation and efficiency initiatives.

You have strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail and quality.

You understand complex financial and operational processes and enjoy solving discrepancies.

You are structured, organized and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset.

You communicate effectively and manage stakeholders with confidence and professionalism.

You have strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems, BI tools or programming (SQL, VBA, Python) is a plus.

You hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or similar, and have relevant experience in financial, operational or reporting roles within a structured environment.
