About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior React Developer to join a dynamic Agile team responsible for delivering innovative digital banking solutions for enterprise customers. You will become part of a multidisciplinary squad with end-to-end ownership of web and mobile applications, contributing to both front-end and back-end development.
This role offers the opportunity to work on modern cloud-based applications, collaborate with talented professionals, and play a key role in the Agile transformation of one of Belgium's leading business banks.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business and functional requirements into high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable applications.
- Develop modern, responsive front-end applications using React.
- Contribute to back-end development using Java and Spring Framework where required.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and external services.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX Designers, QA Engineers, and Developers within Agile squads.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following software engineering best practices.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Contribute to CI/CD practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support DevOps activities as part of the Dev & Ops model.
Pay: €2.734,94 - €5.697,42 per month
