About the role

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to help shape how we continue to expand and operate across the globe. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives throughout the business, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.

What you'll be doing

Identifying and developing key banking products, features, operations, licences, and growth opportunities
Collaborating with teams, such as Legal, Compliance, Technology, Risk, and Finance, as well as global stakeholders, to analyse and define the local banking strategy
Creating business cases based on requirement definitions, and driving execution plans
Managing project prioritisation and supporting license applications
Defining the playbook and process execution to achieve hyper-growth
Managing and developing relationships with critical vendors and strategic partnerships

What you'll need

5+ years of banking experience
Knowledge of banking products and services
Experience drafting internal regulations/circulars related to deposit or currency exchange operations
Familiarity with local banking systems and transaction management
The ability to break down complex problems into smaller components
To enjoy working with data
Inherent curiosity and an interest in making a significant impact
Fluency in English

Nice to have

Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as SQL or Excel
Experience engaging in corporate strategy and planning involving overseas offices
