Summary
The Strategy Manager – Engage & Protect Business Partner will define and drive transversal transformation and strategic initiatives such long-term strategy definition, expansion into new markets and synergy cases in partnership with relevant PXS International leaders. The employee will track and report on the progress and impact of these files to the lead of the BU Protect and Engage.
Responsibilities
Strategy definition: own the (re)definition of Engage and Protect strategy for the mid- to long-term. Ensure, with the rest of the Strategy team, it gets shared, understood and supported within the organisation.
Strategic analyses: in alignment with the Lead of the BU, lead strategic analyses aiming at improving our positioning and creating value in our Enterprise business.
Transformation: Collaborate with business unit leaders to define and implement large transformation initiatives. Ensure alignment of business unit transformation with overall company objectives.
Progress Tracking and Reporting: Develop and maintain metrics to track the progress and impact of strategy and transformation initiatives. Regularly report findings and progress to the Executive Committee.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for strategy transformation initiatives. Facilitate communication and collaboration across different departments.
Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support the transformation. Provide guidance and support to teams during the transformation process.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Strategy, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business transformation, or a related area. Consulting and industry experience is a clear plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional and international project teams.
- Strong strategic and business acumen.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
