Lab Technician
Job description
Als Lab Technician ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van industriële gassen en gasmengsels en zorg je ervoor dat onze klanten producten ontvangen die volledig voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen. Je maakt deel uit van het labo-team en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Lab Supervisor.
Uitvoeren van analyses op pure gassen en gasmengsels met verschillende analysetechnieken.
Interpreteren, verwerken en rapporteren van analyseresultaten.
Certificeren van producten en vrijgeven van analysecertificaten.
Aanmaken van kalibratiestandaarden en uitvoeren van kalibraties.
Onderhouden, valideren en kalibreren van analyseapparatuur.
Onderzoeken van afwijkingen en meewerken aan continue verbeteringen.
Werken volgens ISO-, kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en milieuprocedures.
Administratieve opvolging in systemen zoals LIMS, Magic en AS400.
Job requirements
Bachelor Chemie of minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een laboratorium- of technische omgeving.
Interesse in analytische technieken en laboapparatuur.
Goede kennis van het Engels.
Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht.
Teamspeler met een sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn.
