Job Description
The Role: A Strategic Catalyst
As a Business Developer at Devoteam, you are not a vendor; you are a trusted advisor. You will navigate the complex Belgian Enterprise landscape, focusing on large-scale organisations where technology is a core driver of business value.
Your Strategic Impact:
Value-Led Engagement: Move past "feature-selling" to articulate the business value of the Microsoft ecosystem, emphasising how Data & AI, Security, and Cloud integration solve fundamental business challenges.
AI Orchestration: Guide customers through their AI journey, from foundational Azure infrastructure to the deployment of Copilot and Agentic solutions that redefine productivity and automation.
Enterprise Relationship Management: Build and nurture C-level relationships, influencing the long-term strategic direction of Belgium’s largest players.
End-to-End Ownership: Lead complex, multi-level sales cycles, from strategic account planning and use-case identification to execution and long-term adoption.
Collaborative Innovation: Work alongside our technical "tech natives" to tailor bespoke services that amplify the power of Azure, M365, and Power Platform.
Qualifications
Who You Are
You are an energetic, results-driven professional who thrives on complexity and high-stakes consultation. You understand that in the Enterprise world, the solution is only as good as the business outcome it provides.
Your Qualifications:
Solution Selling Mastery: Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise B2B sales, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-level engagements.
Microsoft Ecosystem Expert: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365, Power Platform), Security, and specifically Data & AI markets.
Strategic Vision: Ability to qualify high-impact use cases for AI and articulate the differentiators of agentic workflows and Copilot integration.
Networked in Belgium: A strong existing network within the Belgian Enterprise market is a significant asset.
Consultative Mindset: You excel at translating technical capabilities into executive-level business cases.
Multilingual: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
