Superlinear is building Holon, an Enterprise Orchestration Platform for the physical economy.
Large companies that move or make goods run every part of their operation on its own system. Each one optimises its own KPI, so a decision that looks right to logistics quietly costs margin in commercial. Retailers leave two to four points of EBITDA on the table because no tool optimises the end-to-end chain. We call it the Orchestration Gap, and Holon closes it: one system that optimises departments jointly against a single financial objective.
Backed by a €6M Series A, we intend to unlock a 1% increase in EU GDP, a shift from a world of scarcity to a world of possibility.
Our target audience is niche and sharply defined. Most of them have never heard of us, and none of them are searching for what we sell, because the category doesn't have a name they'd type into Google yet.
That means creating awareness, engagmenet and capturing it: campaigns, account-based programmes, events, thought leadership. You'll own the channels and the calendar, with the objective to get us into the right rooms.
There is no engine here to inherit. You are building the first one. You'll work closely with our Product Marketing Lead, who owns the story you carry, and with the Account Executives whose calendars you're trying to fill.
-
Find the channels that work. Work out where our audience actually is: what they read, where they stay up to date, who they listen to, where they interact and which of those channels can carry a message like ours.
-
Own the channel and the calendar. Decide where we show up, when, and how often. Build the engine: campaigns, ABM, email, LinkedIn, events, partnerships. Kill what doesn't work, fast.
-
Learn quickly. Every campaign tests the story and the channel. What lands and what gets ignored goes into positioning; what a channel returns tells you where to go deeper and what to drop.
-
Run account-based programmes. Our target list is named. That changes everything: depth over reach, tailored over templated, and a real plan per account tier.
-
Get us on the right stages. Industry events are where our buyers actually are. Own our presence end to end.
-
Keep the content engine running. You own the engine and ensure consistent high quality thought leadership, getting content from product marketing and our deployment teams.
-
Use AI properly. Research, personalisation at scale, content production, list building. We expect you to use AI to materially increase efficiency, automating the repetitive work and freeing time for higher-leverage thinking, testing, and iteration.
-
4+ years in B2B demand generation, ideally where you built the function rather than joined it.
-
Enterprise, long-cycle, small-TAM experience. You've run programmes against a named list of tens of accounts, not thousands of leads. You understand that one meeting with the right COO beats a thousand downloads.
-
A fast learner. You get up to speed on a new market and product quickly, and you keep looking for ways to improve rather than settling into a routine.
-
You think out of the box. You come up with angles nobody else in the category would, and you'd rather test an unconventional idea than run a safe one.
-
A high bar for craft. Copy and design quality matter to you. Nothing goes out that we wouldn't be proud to have forwarded to a CEO.
-
Experiment discipline. You form a hypothesis, run it small, pick the metric that actually tells you whether it worked, then scale what works and cut what doesn't.
-
Strong AI skills. You've built real workflows, not run a few prompts.
