A job at Proximus? You’ll find that everything revolves around the idea ‘Think Possible’. This means: we always assume that something is possible, even if it seems impossible. Well, especially so, actually. Call it a way of thinking that involves being open to a world of digital solutions that make our lives easier. And our way of working smarter.
As an AI Implementation Consultant (sometimes also called Analytics Translator), you will play a key role in shaping and accelerating the AI transformation of Proximus' Business-to-Consumer (B2C) unit.
You'll work at the intersection of business, data and technology, partnering closely with data scientists from Proximus ADA and with marketing, design, sales and product experts across the B2C tribes and chapters.
You will identify and prioritise high-value AI opportunities, translate business needs into clear, actionable solutions, and guide initiatives from initial concept through technical implementation.
Beyond delivery, you'll drive stakeholder alignment, adoption and value realisation, ensuring these solutions generate tangible, sustainable business impact.

- Identify, shape and prioritise business challenges and opportunities that could be addressed through data analytics and AI.
- Translate business needs into clear use cases, requirements, expected outcomes and measurable success criteria for data scientists, analysts and technical teams.
- Ensure that technical teams understand the business context, customer needs, operational constraints and strategic objectives of each initiative.
- Act as the bridge between business and technical stakeholders, facilitating alignment, challenging assumptions and supporting decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Guide AI initiatives from opportunity identification and business-case development through implementation, deployment and adoption.
- Communicate analytical findings, model outcomes and recommendations to business stakeholders in a clear, accessible and actionable way.
- Ensure that solutions are embedded into business processes and ways of working, and monitor their adoption, performance and business impact.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI delivery methods, governance and collaboration models, while fostering AI literacy and a data-driven culture.
- Promote the responsible use of AI by considering data quality, privacy, security, ethics, regulatory requirements and operational risks.
