Our client is launching a new Anti-Money Laundering (AML) platform intended to serve multiple banking entities. To support this strategic initiative, they are seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect who will be responsible for defining the architecture of the new platform and guiding implementation teams throughout its delivery.
The role requires a strong background in solution architecture within data-driven environments, with proven expertise in designing data platforms, data products, and ensuring interoperability between analytical and operational ecosystems. The architect will work closely with product owners, infrastructure architects, security architects, analysts, scrum masters, and management stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.
Your missions:
Define and maintain the overall solution architecture and target blueprint of the AML platform.
Deliver architecture artefacts and solution design documentation according to quarterly planning commitments.
Support implementation teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Ensure alignment between business objectives, enterprise architecture strategy, security requirements, and technical implementation.
Contribute to architectural studies, projects, and evolutions involving both internally developed solutions and third-party packages.
Promote architectural consistency, scalability, resilience, and efficiency across the platform.
Act as a key advisor to stakeholders on solution architecture decisions and impacts.
Drive collaboration across business, product, security, infrastructure, and development teams.
Your activities:
Solution Architecture
Deliver the blueprint of the overall AML solution.
Produce incremental solution architecture deliverables as committed during Quarterly Agile Planning (QAP).
Define architecture principles, solution designs, integration patterns, and technical roadmaps.
Ensure architectural coherence across all platform components.
Stakeholder Management

Facilitate architecture discussions and support decision-making processes.
Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

Evaluate and guide the adoption of internal developments and package solutions.
Ensure solutions remain aligned with enterprise architecture strategy.
Assess impacts, risks, dependencies, and architectural trade-offs.
Delivery Support
Support implementation teams during the execution phase.
Ensure architectural decisions are properly implemented.
Monitor solution consistency, quality, efficiency, security, and resilience.
You have the following skills:
Experience
Mandatory
Minimum 6 years of experience in IT Solution Architecture.
Proven experience in solution architecture within data-centric environments.
Hands-on experience designing and building data platforms.
Experience defining and architecting data products.
Experience enabling interoperability between analytical and operational environments.
Preferred
Experience working in organizations where security and resilience are core architectural concerns (e.g., banking or highly regulated industries).
Experience with data virtualization.
Experience within large enterprises and/or financial services organizations.

Working Model
Hybrid setup: 50% onsite / 50% remote work.
