Mission Overview:
As a Senior ECM & Digital Platforms Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the design, integration, and technical governance of the client’s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions within a broader Digital Transformation program. The ECM strategy aims to ensure consistent, secure, and compliant information management throughout the lifecycle of infrastructure projects. The ecosystem includes Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online), Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Autodesk Vault, and the client’s line-of-business applications. The objective is to provide an integrated environment enabling the management of documents, models, technical data, and project deliverables. You will ensure that documentary and collaborative platforms meet business needs, enterprise architecture requirements, and constraints related to security, performance, and scalability. You will work closely with the Information Architect, who is responsible for information models and document governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture
- Define and maintain the target architecture of ECM platforms.
- Design solutions integrating SharePoint Online, Autodesk Vault, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and line-of-business applications.
- Define integration architectures between the different platforms.
- Ensure the technical consistency of the document management ecosystem.
Technical Leadership
- Provide the architectural expertise required for programs and projects.
- Conduct architecture reviews and validate technical choices.
- Oversee implementations carried out by project teams and vendors.
- Support technical experts and facilitate architectural decisions.
Security, Quality, and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with non-functional requirements (security, performance, availability, maintainability, scalability, and auditability).
- Ensure adherence to company standards and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Transformation and Roadmap
- Contribute to the ECM and digital transformation roadmap.
- Support project managers with estimations, risk analyses, and migration plans.
- Participate in the selection of solutions and vendors.
- Contribute to architecture committees and IT governance forums.
Required Experience and Skills:
Architecture and ECM:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Solution Architect role.
- Proven experience in Enterprise Content Management, Information Management, or Digital Platforms programs.
- Experience in digital transformation involving multiple enterprise platforms.
Document Platforms:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
- Experience with one or more ECM or DMS platforms.
- Knowledge of Autodesk Vault and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud environments.
Architecture and Integration:
- Good command of APIs and web services.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of Cloud and SaaS architectures.
- Knowledge of BIM and engineering environments.
Security and Compliance:
- Knowledge of GDPR principles.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIS2 frameworks.
- Access management and information protection.
