Als Application Specialist Logistiek ben je het inhoudelijk kenniscentrum voor alle SAP gerelateerde logistieke processen binnen onze sites in Aalter en Bornem. Je combineert diepgaande SAP expertise met een sterke focus op automatisatie, data, continuous improvement en incidentmanagement.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het borgen van de end to end procescontinuïteit binnen SAP EWM/ECC, PowerBI, Dematic insights, Blooloc en fungeert als spilfiguur tussen warehouse operations, IT, OT, key users en externe partners. Daarnaast leid je verbeterprojecten met impact op beide sites en ondersteun je de verdere groei van data gedreven werken.

SAP, IT & Procesbeheer
Beheer en optimalisatie van SAP EWM (PW1/PW6), procesflows en masterdata
Coaching van key users en uitvoeren van testen bij upgrades en wijzigingen
Queue monitoring, incidentoplossing en SPOC voor IT/OT, leveranciers en helpdesk
Beheer van IT/OT-infrastructuur (servers, scanning, printers) en gebruikersaccounts
Stockcontroles en -correcties
Continuous Improvement & Data
KPI- en data-analyse (scrap, stock, flows, traceability) en vertaling naar verbeteracties
Ondersteunen van procesoptimalisatie met financiële onderbouwing
Aansturen van automatisering en digitalisatie-initiatieven
Onderhoud van SOP’s, werkinstructies en dashboards
Projecten & Stakeholdermanagement
Leiding en ondersteuning van cross-functionele projecten en change requests
Voorbereiden, testen en implementeren van wijzigingen
Samenwerking met interne en externe stakeholders
Bijdrage aan strategische verbeter- en digitaliseringsinitiatieven
Jouw vaardigheden:
Je hebt minimaal een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door werkervaring en minstens 7 jaar relevante ervaring (ervaring binnen FMCG supply chain is een plus).
Je hebt sterke kennis van SAP (ECC, EWM, BW), LSP interfaces en warehouse automatisatie
Je hebt ervaring met CI-methodieken, procesoptimalisatie en data-analyse
Je hebt een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken en bent sterk in prioriteiten stellen en besluitvorming
Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een coachende aanpak richting key users
Je hebt een analytische mindset, focus op continuous improvement en bent een teamspeler (cross-site)
Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en Engels
