Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is seeking a Process Technician for a consultancy mission at a client site in Roeselare. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the operation of an innovative drying system that transforms sludge into a valuable resource for green energy. As a consultant, you will represent Keystone Solutions while working on-site, ensuring the reliable functioning of the drying process.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the startup of the new drying system.

Monitor and control the sludge processing and drying operations.

Conduct rounds, take samples, and adjust process parameters as necessary.

Utilize your knowledge of electromechanics to identify electrical and mechanical faults.

Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
-
Ensure proper administrative follow-up and reporting of processes.

Participate in a shared training program covering both theory and practice during the startup phase.
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of electromechanics and electricity.

Ability to monitor and operate processes as an operator, intervening when necessary.

Ability to work independently and responsibly.

Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (early, late, and possibly day shifts).

Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and capable of handling administrative tasks.
