We’re looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative to join our team in Wingene, Belgium.
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products move seamlessly through the supply chain, delivering exceptional service to our customers. Working collaboratively with teams across Production, Logistics and Sales. you'll gain hands-on experience across customer order fulfilment and planning.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinate customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring a smooth Order-to-Delivery (O2D) process.

Monitor supply chain performance, including OTIF and support corrective actions where needed.

Manage sales orders.

Provide excellent customer service by acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and order updates.

Maintain and update master data within the company's EDI platform (Transus) to ensure data accuracy.

Contribute to continuous improvement projects across customer service processes.
Requirements

Secondary School Diploma (high school education) Fields of study such as Business Studies, Office Administration, Languages, Business Organization, or a related discipline are considered an asset or equivalent through experience.

Fluent in both Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

A proactive and driven individual with the energy and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A strong customer-focused mindset, with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service and meeting customer needs.

The ability to connect information from across the supply chain to make informed decisions.
