Your Key Accountabilities

Delivers expert work in General R, D & I with high quality and timeliness, applying best practices and standards.
Executes research projects within program, applying knowledge and expertise.- Builds knowledge and expertise within core competence subdomains.
Owns complex tasks in project management and chemical or process engineering, producing accurate outputs and identifying risks or anomalies proactively.
Analyzes problems, recommends options, and implements improvements in methods, tools, or data flows.
Collaborates with adjacent teams and stakeholders, communicating insights and recommendations clearly.
Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver high-quality outcomes and knowledge sharing.
Contributes to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.

Who we are looking for

Education & Experience

Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience developing industrial, agentic systems.

Demonstrated experience delivering at least one custom Generative AI application that goes significantly beyond basic document processing or retrieval

Experience working directly with business stakeholders and domain experts

Industrial or academic background in chemistry, materials science, process technology or automotive applications is considered a strong asset

Technical Competencies

Strong practical expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Model technologies.
An industrial or educational background in material sciences, research or chemical industry is a big plus.
Experience designing AI agents, multi-agent architectures and tool-enabled AI systems Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledge grounding and trustworthy AI design principles
Experience integrating multiple information and data sources into a unified AI solution Strong software engineering and Python programming skills
Ability to evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate them into practical business value
Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms and enterprise deployment environments is a plus
