THE SCOPE
With 30 years of history, today Gaming1 is one of the international leaders in both land-based and online games of chance (casino games, sports betting and poker). Its evolution at the heart of innovation is accompanied by a diversification and specialization of positions, with the creation of new cutting-edge jobs.
This position is part of the Gaming1 IT department, which designs, delivers, and operates technical solutions for all land-based establishments of the group (casinos, gaming halls, sports betting centers) as well as corporate functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and Compliance.
YOUR ROLE
- You won’t just “write requirements.” You will turn business needs into clear, impactful, and actionable solutions that drive operational excellence and strategic value.
- Understand What Matters: Capture, challenge, and clarify business needs to ensure real problems are solved—not just expressed.
- Translate into Solutions: Transform high-level objectives into structured functional specifications, user stories, and process flows that enable efficient delivery.
- Drive Smart Decisions: Analyze options, assess impacts, and recommend the most relevant solutions based on business value and constraints.
- Orchestrate Delivery: Work closely with development teams and partners to ensure smooth implementation and alignment with expectations.
- Ensure Quality & Adoption: Validate delivered features, contribute to testing, and support end-users to ensure successful adoption.
- Continuously Improve: Identify process improvements, optimize workflows, and contribute to the evolution of products and services.
