You hold a Master’s degree in a science-related field (chemistry, pharmacy, biotechnology, engineering, or equivalent).
You have at least 7 years of experience in the development of medical devices or pharmaceutical products, or in a comparable regulated environment, including team management.
You have proven experience leading complex development programs or portfolios involving multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
You communicate fluently in French and English.
You combine strategic vision with the ability to translate ambitious goals into concrete action plans.
You know how to make decisions, manage complexities, and drive projects forward amid multiple demands.
You demonstrate leadership and assertiveness.
