Over de functie:

Als Maintenance Planning Supervisor speel je een sleutelrol in het verhogen van de onderhoudsefficiëntie door te bepalen wanneer en wie onderhoudsactiviteiten uitvoert binnen het Barry Callebaut Operating System (BCOS).
Je zorgt voor een optimale inzet van middelen, efficiënte planning en een minimale impact op de productie. Als schakel tussen onderhoud, planning en productie garandeer je dat onderhoudsplannen realistisch, goed gecoördineerd en afgestemd zijn op de operationele prioriteiten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Opstellen en beheren van dagelijkse, wekelijkse en maandelijkse onderhoudsplanningen.
Coördineren van onderhoudsactiviteiten door de juiste mensen op het juiste moment in te zetten.
Afstemmen van onderhoudsplannen op productieplanning om stilstanden te beperken.
Aanpassen van planningen bij noodgevallen, wijzigingen of onverwachte situaties.
Zorgen dat preventief onderhoud tijdig en volgens de standaarden wordt uitgevoerd.
Opvolgen van beschikbaarheid van equipment, onderdelen, personeel en tools.
Zorgen voor correcte registratie van alle onderhoudsactiviteiten in het CMMS‑systeem.
Ondersteunen van een vlotte overdracht van installaties terug naar productie.
Analyseren van data en KPI’s om continue verbeteringen te realiseren.
Samenwerken met technische teams om naleving van veiligheids-, milieu- en voedselveiligheidsnormen te garanderen.
Toezien op naleving van GMP- en hygiënenormen door interne en externe partijen.
Prioriteiten bepalen op basis van onderhoudsresultaten en operationele noden.

Jouw profiel:

Technische opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Minimum 3 jaar ervaring in onderhoudscoördinatie of industriële onderhoudsomgevingen.
Sterk inzicht in onderhoudsplanning en resource management.
Ervaring met CMMS‑systemen en planningssoftware.
Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en time management.
Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en samenwerking met verschillende teams.
Vlot in Nederlands en Frans, met goede kennis van Engels.
Flexibel en snel aanpasbaar in een dynamische omgeving.
Sterk analytisch vermogen en probleemoplossend denken.
Hands‑on, proactief en resultaatgericht.
Stressbestendig en in staat om prioriteiten te beheren.
In staat om productie‑ en onderhoudsbelangen in balans te brengen.

À propos du poste:

En tant que Maintenance Planning Supervisor, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l’amélioration de l’efficacité de la maintenance en déterminant quand et qui exécute les activités de maintenance au sein du Barry Callebaut Operating System (BCOS).
Vous assurez une allocation optimale des ressources, une planification efficace et un impact minimal sur la production. En tant que lien entre maintenance, planification et production, vous garantissez des plans réalistes, bien coordonnés et alignés sur les priorités opérationnelles.

Vos responsabilités:

Élaborer et gérer les plannings de maintenance quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels.
Coordonner les activités de maintenance en affectant les bonnes ressources au bon moment.
Aligner les plannings de maintenance avec la production afin de réduire les arrêts.
Adapter les plannings en cas d’urgence ou de changements imprévus.
Garantir l’exécution du maintenance préventive selon les normes et délais.
Suivre la disponibilité des équipements, pièces, équipes et outils.
Assurer la bonne documentation des interventions dans le système CMMS.
Faciliter la remise rapide des équipements à la production après intervention.
Analyser les données et KPI afin de soutenir l’amélioration continue.
Collaborer avec les équipes techniques pour assurer le respect des normes sécurité, environnementales et alimentaires.
Veiller au respect strict des normes GMP et d’hygiène.
Prioriser les actions de maintenance selon les besoins opérationnels.

Votre profil:

Formation technique ou expérience équivalente.
Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en coordination de maintenance ou environnement industriel.
Bonne maîtrise des principes de planification de maintenance.
Expérience avec les systèmes CMMS.
Excellentes capacités d’organisation et de gestion des priorités.
Excellentes compétences de communication et de collaboration.
Maîtrise du néerlandais et du français, avec un bon niveau d’anglais.
Flexible et capable de s’adapter rapidement à un environnement dynamique.
Esprit analytique et orienté résolution de problèmes.
Approche proactive, terrain et orientée résultats.
Capacité à travailler sous pression.
Capable d’équilibrer les besoins de production et de maintenance..
