About the role
The ESG Analyst supports NEGC’s sustainability reporting by coordinating the day-to-day collection, validation, consolidation and analysis of ESG data across the organization. The role helps ensure that ESG information is accurate, complete, traceable, well-documented and ready for internal reporting, external disclosure and assurance.
The position has a strong focus on CSRD/ESRS reporting and also supports GRI-based sustainability reporting for Nipro Corporation. In close collaboration with the ESG Director and relevant business functions, the role translates reporting requirements into practical data processes, working files, dashboards, controls and evidence packs to enable consistent and reliable ESG reporting across NEGC.
This is a hands-on, analytical and improvement-oriented role, where the person actively contributes to the design, implementation and continuous improvement of NEGC’s ESG reporting structure, data governance and reporting tools.
