We’re looking for an AI Analyst for a project in insurance , a sector where AI can make a real difference: from smarter processes to stronger decision-making and better customer journeys. You’ll bridge business and technology, working with stakeholders to turn AI ideas into impactful solutions powered by the latest AI technologies.
Your job
Lead end-to-end AI & Analytics initiatives , from business analysis to delivery
Translate business needs into functional requirements and AI use cases
Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
Work with modern AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, NLP and Machine Learning
Support AI adoption , continuous improvement and help drive the AI roadmap
Your job
Design and build scalable data solutions in Microsoft Azure, with a strong focus on Microsoft Fabric
Lead end-to-end data projects focused on the Microsoft Fabric environment, from requirements analysis and architecture design through to implementation and delivery
Ensure all solutions meet enterprise-level standards for security, governance and compliance
Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams , acting as a trusted technical partner
Contribute to innovative data initiatives in sectors like financial services, life sciences and energy, as part of the LACO team
Deep your expertise in Fabric, Azure and AI , and actively share insights to strengthen the team
You have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Lead in AI & Analytics
You have delivered end-to-end AI projects from concept to implementation
You apply hands-on experience with LLM, RAG, NLP and Machine Learning implementations
You combine strong analytical skills with clear communication and stakeholder management
You work in a structured and proactive way , with a genuine passion for AI innovation
You communicate fluently in English, Dutch, and/or French
Your skills
You have 5+ years of experience as a data engineer with growing ownership
You bring strong expertise in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem
You’ve delivered end-to-end Microsoft Fabric implementations
You’re confident in data modelling , from concept to execution
You’re an expert in SQL and Python
You are fluent in Dutch and/or French and English , both spoken and written
Experience with dbt is a plus
