Mission Overview:
As a Business Analyst, you will be engaged in a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. You will work within the Business Solutions department, reporting to the Manager Build & Transform. The primary mission of the department is to ensure internal performance by providing quality IT solutions. We develop, operate, and maintain a wide range of internal IT solutions, including the mobile application and website. You will be part of the Build & Transform team, responsible for analyzing, preparing, and executing projects under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage nominal cases and edge cases.

Structure User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.

Prepare elements necessary for UX/UI work.

Ensure traceability between business needs, UX, and delivery.
The Business Analyst will act as a pivot between business, UX/UI, architecture, development, QA, and project management. The final objective of the role is to ensure that business needs are accurately translated, user journeys are coherent, screens are exhaustively defined, and that development teams can implement without ambiguity.
Main Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Functional Framing: Gather business and user needs, challenge requests to clarify real objectives, structure user journeys, identify pain points, and prioritize needs with the Product Owner and PM.-
User Journey Structuring: Define end-to-end user journeys, break down journeys into detailed steps, identify variants, exceptions, error cases, offline scenarios, real-time dependencies, and accessibility needs.

Transformation Journey Features Screens Stories: Maintain complete traceability from User Journey to Features, Screens, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

UX/UI Preparation: Prepare necessary elements for designers, define screen layouts, describe functional behaviors, and define states such as loading, error, empty, offline, and edge cases.

Backlog Management: Write Epics and User Stories, define Acceptance Criteria, structure dependencies, prepare refinements, and maintain a clear and usable backlog.

Delivery Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams to clarify expected behaviors, participate in UX/UI workshops, Agile refinements, and support QA/UAT teams.

Documentation & Governance: Maintain functional documentation in Confluence, structure functional repositories, ensure document coherence, and guarantee traceability between needs, journeys, screens, stories, and tests.
