As our Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be one of the pioneers in connecting Warren to future clients - introducing organisations and their teams to a new way of thinking about financial wellbeing.
This is not a routine, scripted sales job. You’ll operate with autonomy, experiment with new tactics, and play a foundational role in how we engage the market. You’ll be forging connections where none exist yet - turning cold leads into warm relationships.
Build the pipeline
Identify, research, and select target companies and key decision-makers
Open doors for Warren by reaching out to the right people from the target list companies
Experiment with creative outbound methods across different channels (email, calls, LinkedIn, events)
Qualify opportunities
Spark curiosity and engage early-stage prospects by introducing them to the value of Warren’s Wealth Enablement platform
Book discovery meetings for our Account Executives that turn into real opportunities
Embody a relationship-first approach; build trust, deliver value and bring energy to every interaction
Drive our outreach approach
About You
A first experience in business development, or a similar front-line role
Excellent communicator in English and Dutch and/or French
You are curious and high-energy, thriving on connecting with people
You want to be among the first shaping a new category
Tech-savvy and organized, you know your way around CRMs and outreach tools
You move fast, iterate, and own your results—targets motivate you
Willing to learn about pensions, benefits, and financial security, even if it’s new territory
