Mission Overview:
Join Keystone Solutions as a Senior Project Manager to lead a full-scale migration to Microsoft 365 at our client. This is a consultancy mission delivered through Keystone Solutions, where you will operate on-site or in a hybrid setup with the client while remaining part of our consulting community. The core requirement of the role is clear and retained in full: as a Senior Project Manager, you will be in charge of the migration to Microsoft 365, owning the program end-to-end as a Keystone Solutions consultant.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the client’s end-to-end Microsoft 365 migration program as a Keystone Solutions consultant, ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and budget are met.

Define and maintain program governance, including steering, working groups, change control, and clear decision logs.

Conduct discovery and current-state assessment covering identity and access (Active Directory/Azure AD/Entra ID), mail systems (Exchange on-prem/other), file servers and content repositories, SharePoint on-prem, Skype/Teams, devices, security baselines, and network readiness.

Design and validate the target Microsoft 365 architecture and roadmap (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, Defender for Office 365, Purview compliance).

Plan identity, authentication, and access controls (e.g., Entra Connect/Cloud Sync, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO), including hybrid coexistence when required.

Build a detailed migration plan: tenant readiness, domain/DNS, licensing model, mailbox and archive migrations, PST handling, file share and SharePoint content migration, permissions/metadata/versioning, and retention/records strategies.

Select and coordinate tooling and methods (e.g., ShareGate, Quest, BitTitan, Mover, native Microsoft tools), and define cutover, rollback, and validation procedures.

Manage dependencies with endpoint and mobility (Intune), security and compliance hardening, DLP, sensitivity/retention labels, eDiscovery, and audit requirements.

Establish coexistence approaches (hybrid Exchange, staged/wave migrations, Teams interop) and drive pilots/UAT with clear exit criteria.

Own risk, issue, and dependency management with proactive mitigation and RAID tracking.
-
Lead stakeholder management and communication from technical teams to executive sponsors; provide transparent progress reporting and KPIs.

Drive organizational change management and user adoption (communications, training, champions network, feedback loops) to ensure measurable business outcomes.

Coordinate third parties and vendors, align with procurement/licensing strategies, and optimize Microsoft 365 licensing.
-
Ensure documentation, operational readiness, handover, and post-migration hypercare and stabilization.
-
Comply with data protection and regulatory needs (e.g., GDPR), ensuring appropriate controls throughout the migration lifecycle.

Report program status to the client and Keystone Solutions, aligning delivery with our consulting standards and accelerators.
Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, including 3+ years leading enterprise Microsoft 365 or Office 365 migrations.

Proven track record delivering complex, multi-workstream cloud collaboration and productivity programs end-to-end.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, security and compliance (Defender for Office 365, Purview).

Hands-on experience planning and overseeing identity, hybrid coexistence, domain/DNS changes, and tenant readiness.

Familiarity with migration tools and approaches (e.g., ShareGate, Quest, BitTitan, Mover, native Microsoft tooling) and the ability to guide technical teams in their use.

Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership.
-
Experience running change management and user adoption initiatives (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR or similar frameworks).

Strong command of English; additional European languages are a plus.

Willingness and ability to work on-site at client locations as required under the Keystone Solutions consultancy model.

Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., PMP/Prince2, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert).
