Mission Overview:
This is a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions. The client is focused on enhancing data exchange between various internal applications and external sources, particularly to facilitate reporting. The chosen solution involves the implementation of a centralized data layer.
The Enterprise Architect will play a crucial role in this mission, addressing significant challenges related to architecture and information communication as part of the eMigration program. This program aims to optimize and inform the following entities: DVZ, CGVS, and RVV. The goal is to establish a unified architectural approach for the eMigration program and the various initiatives within the client.
Key Responsibilities:

Compile an inventory of applications (including Match-IT, CAAMI, Cumul, etc.) and describe all data flows within the agency, including those with external parties (Crossroads Social Security, Civil Registry, partners, etc.).

Propose a targeted solution to create a centralized data layer that facilitates data exchange between applications.

Enable easier report generation based on consolidated databases by cross-referencing available data.

Optimize the client's participation in the eMigration program by simplifying data flows within the agency and centralizing the data to be exchanged.

Establish a business architecture to ensure the link between application and data layers and the client at both tactical and strategic levels, including the development of a capability map.

Inventory and analyze the current (AS IS) and future (TO BE) application landscape.

Map the current (AS IS) and future (TO BE) relationships and connections between the aforementioned applications, data flows, and propose optimizations via the Centralized Data Layer, considering existing architectural components like Azure Data Warehouse and PowerBI.

Analyze current documentation and set up an action plan to elevate it to the required level.

Identify synergies and gaps within the existing architecture and map potential optimizations with the eMigration program and the Migration Federal Public Service.
This position will initially be deployed within the Working Group for Support Services as part of the establishment of the Migration Federal Public Service, covering the domains of ICT, HR, Facility/LOG, and FIN/MP.
